My tickets were lost, stolen, or destroyed. What can I do?

Call our box office (816.753.8665) for a complete explanation of ticket replacement policies. If we have a record of your purchase and can verify your identity as the original purchaser, we may be able to reprint your tickets once the original tickets are voided.  If you purchased through Ticketmaster, please call their customer service line at 1-800-653-8000.  We do not offer any warranty or guarantee pertaining to lost, stolen or destroyed tickets.

How is General Admission seating handled?

Strictly on a first-come first-served basis. There is open standing room near the stage as well as fixed seats at the back of the theater and in the balcony.  If you absolutely must pick your spot, get to the show first. If you move from your spot before or during the show, you may lose it.  You may notice that your GA ticket has numbers appearing

in the “row” and “seating” lines on the ticket. These numbers do not represent a specific seat, as they are used for Ticketmaster’s tracking purposes only.

What is your camera policy?

Typically we do not allow professional cameras, cameras with removable lenses, or tablets such as iPads.  Additional restrictions are sometimes placed by the artists, so please call the Uptown Box Office with questions regarding specific shows.

What concessions options do I have?

We have a full bar that serves soda, juice, water, liquor, wine and beer. The main bar takes credit cards and cash.  Sometimes additional satellite bars that are cash only will be set up around the theater offering beverage options such as beer and water bottles.

Do you have an ATM?

We do have an ATM in the building. Also, the main bar allows the use of credit card purchases for beverages, but it’s always a good idea to come prepared with cash for artist merchandise or other vendors.

What happens if my event is cancelled or postponed?

Occasionally, a promoter or artist may cancel or postpone an event. Please call the Uptown Box Office for details on your specific event. Tickets purchased directly through Ticketmaster will typically be automatically refunded.
